Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Rok Brecko (“we”), who runs PvP Blackjack. By creating an account or playing as a guest you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old, and allowed to play this kind of game where you live. If you are younger, please don’t use PvP Blackjack. We delete accounts that we learn belong to minors.
2. Virtual chips — no real money
- Chips are a virtual game currency with no monetary value. They are free: every account starts with 1,000 chips, and a free refill is available when you run low.
- Chips can’t be bought, sold, exchanged, cashed out or redeemed for money, goods, services or anything else of value, and there are no prizes. Nothing of real value can be won or lost, so PvP Blackjack is an entertainment game, not gambling.
- Chips belong to the game, not to you: they exist only as a number on your account. We may correct balances that changed because of a bug, cheating or abuse.
- Trading or selling chips or accounts outside the game, for money or anything else, is not allowed.
3. Your account
- Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at info@pvp-blackjack.com if you think someone else is using it.
- Guest accounts can play against bots and other players and use table chat. Friends, messages, challenges and the leaderboard need a free account; you can turn a guest into a full account at any time and keep your chips. Guest accounts are deleted after 30 days without playing.
- Your username must not be offensive, sexual or hateful, must not pretend to be someone else (including staff or the game itself), and must not contain anyone’s personal details. We may change a username that breaks these rules.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account.
4. Fair play
Don’t cheat. In particular, don’t:
- use bots, scripts, modified clients or anything that plays for you or reads hidden information;
- exploit bugs — please report them to info@pvp-blackjack.com instead;
- work together with another player, or use several accounts, to move chips between accounts or to rig results (“chip dumping”);
- disrupt the game for others, for example by flooding it with requests.
5. Behaviour in chat and messages
Be respectful. Don’t harass, threaten or insult other players; no hate speech or discrimination; no sexual content; no spam, advertising or links; and never share anyone’s personal information, including your own. A filter replaces swear words and removes links, but it doesn’t catch everything — you are responsible for what you write.
You can block any player (you won’t be matched with them and won’t see their chat) and report them from their profile. Reports made from a table include that player’s last messages there, so moderators can see what happened.
6. Moderation and suspension
If you break these terms, we may remove content, change your username, reset chips gained unfairly, or suspend or delete your account — temporarily or permanently, depending on how serious and how repeated the problem is. Where we reasonably can, we tell you why. If you think we made a mistake, write to info@pvp-blackjack.com and we will look at it again.
7. Play responsibly
PvP Blackjack is meant to be fun. Take breaks, and stop if it stops being fun. Because chips are free and worthless, nothing you do here can win back real money. If you are worried about gambling with real money — your own or someone else’s — free and confidential help is available, for example from GamCare or Gamblers Anonymous, or from a support service in your country.
8. The service
PvP Blackjack is provided free of charge. We work to keep it running and fair, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or end the game, or features of it; if we end it for good we will announce it in advance where we can. When the game ends, chips and accounts end with it.
9. Our content and yours
The game, its design, artwork and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play it for your own entertainment — don’t copy, resell or reverse-engineer it. Messages you send remain yours; you allow us to show them to the people you send them to and to keep them as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
Because the game is free and chips have no value, we are not liable for lost chips, statistics or game progress, or for interruptions of the service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it — in particular for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health — or takes away rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. If a change matters, we ask you to accept the new version the next time you play. If you don’t agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in the courts there. If you have a problem, please write to info@pvp-blackjack.com first — most things can be sorted out quickly.
